Roskilde Domprovsti – Strengthened communication and increased visibility of the church’s many opportunities

is part of the Danish National Church and comprises several parishes in the Roskilde area. The deanery works to strengthen the role of the church in the local community and create a space for both spiritual and social communities. JS Danmark produced a comprehensive communication package that combined an interactive brochure with videos. The brochure was designed with a magazine-inspired layout and included interactive features such as galleries and motion design. The communication package was created with a focus on ensuring consistency across the deanery’s existing channels. The interactive brochure was integrated into the front page of their website and e-mail signatures, while images and videos from the project were used as eye-catchers on the website.

As part of the solution, a profile film and two snap videos were produced, featuring interviews with the parish priest and choir director, among others. These videos provided a personal insight into the activities and made it easier for the target group to relate to what the church has to offer.
Physical and digital materials
In addition to the digital brochure, 500 printed copies were also produced to be distributed physically to the target group. This enabled Roskilde Cathedral Deanery to reach both digital and non-digital users, strengthening their overall communication efforts.
