Deltaland and Walsrode Industrial Park attract new companies through interactive communication
New digital advertising materials were needed to present the region as an attractive location for companies – particularly from the specialty chemicals, plastics & packaging, food, logistics and distribution sectors. This was supplemented by traditional print brochures for trade fairs and personal meetings with customers. JS Deutschland was the ideal partner to deliver an interactive brochure, a professional film and a modernly designed interactive brochure. At the same time, important partners in the region were also given the opportunity to present themselves.
The Deltaland economic region is conveniently located in the triangle formed by the metropolitan regions of Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen. It represents a small but fine industrial core in an otherwise rather rural area. In this respect, it is in the interest of those responsible for the region to present the region continuously and optimally to its various target groups. The potential of a collaboration with JS Deutschland was therefore immediately recognized.
The anniversary celebration as an occasion
As the official economic development corporation for the Walsrode, Bad Fallingbostel, Hodenhagen/Ahlden and Rethem (Aller) area in the Heidekreis district, they have been acting as THE central point of contact for investment, project and consultancy inquiries relating to the region for around 20 years, including over 10 years as an independent limited company. Among other things, Deltaland are responsible for marketing the business location on a regional, national and international level. Their new marketing materials were launched just in time for their anniversary celebrations in November 2024.
Location marketing rethought – Deltaland shows what is possible
The digital brochure and film present the Deltaland economic region and the Walsrode Industrial Park as an attractive business location with modern infrastructure in a strategically favorable location. The print product was designed as a reversible brochure in order to optimally address the economic region as a whole on the one hand and the Walsrode Industrial Park in particular on the other. Interested companies are given a comprehensive overview of the advantages of the location, sectors and settlement opportunities. The film impressively visualizes these strengths with aerial shots, animations and company testimonials.

The film and brochure were used as central building blocks to highlight successes and future potential – professionally implemented with JS Deutschland as an experienced partner in the anniversary year.
